Information We Collect
Our website request form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, service address, service requested, problem or project description, preferred appointment date, request priority, and permission to contact you. Please do not submit payment card information, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive records.
Hosting and form providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request time, and security signals to operate and protect their services.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to requests, confirm service coverage, discuss your needs, prepare estimates, arrange appointments, and maintain related business records. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment. Submitting a request does not enroll you in promotional email or text messages.
Service Providers and Sharing
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse, and Formspree verifies its security token, processes submissions, and sends inquiry notifications to our business Gmail account, provided by Google. Their services may process information in the United States or other countries under their privacy policies.
We share information with providers and authorized personnel as needed to operate the website and respond to your inquiry, and when required by law. If a specialty contractor needs your contact information to assist with a project, we will explain that sharing before passing along your details. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising.
Provider policies: Cloudflare, Formspree, and Google.
How Long We Keep Information
Inactive inquiries that never become customers are reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Customer records, invoices, warranty documentation, and accounting records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required. Service providers maintain their own retention, backup, and security practices. Deleting an inquiry from our mailbox does not necessarily delete provider copies.
Cookies and Other Websites
We use optional Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and measure phone link clicks and successful service, estimate, and maintenance agreement inquiries. Analytics loads only after you choose Accept Analytics. We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, or form messages to Google Analytics. Page addresses sent to Analytics exclude query strings and fragments. Hosting, submission, and spam protection services may use cookies or similar technology. Our form submits securely to Formspree and shows confirmation on this website after acceptance. External review and educational links take you to sites with their own privacy practices.
Optional Analytics Choices
You may accept or reject optional analytics using our privacy notice, and change your choice using Analytics Choices in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not affect calls or request forms. We honor browser Global Privacy Control by keeping optional analytics off. We remember your choice on this device for up to 180 days. If you accept, Google may use analytics cookies lasting up to two years and process technical information such as browser/device details, cookie identifiers, and IP addresses needed to provide its service. We do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google signals. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete previously collected information. Security and Your Choices
Access to customer information is restricted to authorized personnel. Zac Pittman, owner of Small Town Comfort, LLC, oversees customer information management and responses to legitimate deletion requests. We use reasonable safeguards to protect inquiry information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. You can call instead of using the form.
